A reopening of Honolulu’s iconic spaghetti restaurant! The new location is approximately 11,000 sq. ft. at Hawai’i Pacific University’s Aloha Tower Marketplace in downtown Honolulu. The restaurant includes three dining rooms, a bar seating area, a covered outdoor patio, and a full-size commercial kitchen. Crossland Engineering provided full Mechanical Engineering design for the HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems. We helped their facility achieve multiple energy efficient systems such as water-source heat pump air-conditioning, demand-controlled kitchen exhaust, and condensing gas water heaters.

Hawai’i Pacific University’s new on-campus waterfront dining facility features indoor and outdoor seating as well as a private dining room. Including the full-size commercial kitchen, the new space is 6,800 sq. ft. and is architecturally modeled after an open marketplace.
